Returns & Exchanges

At Chinyere, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our ethnic pret and formal wear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item to request a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all Chinyere brand tags and security seals still attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package through a traceable courier service to our designated returns center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team approves the return, we will process your refund as a store credit or original payment reversal within 7-10 business days.
